In July o f 2015, we added a new addition to our family by opening our hearts and home to Poet, a half Frenchie and Boston-terrier puppy. From day one she is was part of our family and brought so much love and joy into our lives so much so that we take her almost everywhere we go. As you may know, having a new fur baby can get very pricey especially when you want to spoil her as we are guilty of, a variety of toys, quality food, snacks, trendy and apparel along with her medical bills. She’s worth every penny and has brought so much joy into our lives; she’s priceless! However like everyone else we wanted to find ways where we could budget our cost and make things affordable with still having stylish apparel. Hence, we started researching ways and inadvertently learned the horrible statistics so many abandon dogs along with other types of pets that face! As well as challenges the animal shelters faces, and many more. Learning these facts really sadden our hearts but it opened our eyes to the reality of the world for our four-legged friends and determined to find way to help them.

In April 2018, we officially launched Poet the Puppy apparel line as an additional entity of our existing Poet Boutique. It was only fitting as Poet is a member of our family! We are committed to help our four-legged friends by creating a communication platform where you can find a list of pets that need adoption and animal shelter locations, volunteer opportunity, help donate to charities that support or mission and share your stories. We will follow up by “putting our money where our bark is” and donating 10% of our sales to vested 501 (c) 3 charities every quarter. We have designed Poet the Puppy apparel with the focus on love and affordable! Please help us in spreading love to as many fur babies we can while enjoying the fashion statement ours make wearing fashion with a heart!
